Blue Wave Swim School may, from time to time, employ the services of other parties for dealing with certain processes necessary for the operation of the Website or booking system. The providers of such services do not have access to certain personal Data and sensitive Date provided by Users.

Our Website may, from time to time, provide links to other websites. We have no control over such websites and are not responsible for the content of these websites. This privacy policy does not extend to your use of such websites. You are advised to read the privacy policy or statement of other websites prior to using them.

Use of your Data & Third Party

We don’t sell your Data to any third parties and don’t share your Data with any third parties for targeting you to sell their services or products that are irrelevant to our services.

If we have consent to use your personal information for any particular reason, you have the right to remove your consent at any time. If you want to remove your consent, please contact info@bluewaveswim.co.uk and tell us which service you are using or have used, so we can deal with your request.

Data security is of great importance to Blue Wave Swim School and to protect your Data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected via this Website, registration forms and our camera. 

We endeavour to do our best to protect your personal Data. However, transmission of information over the internet is not entirely secure and is done at your own risk. We cannot ensure the security of your Data transmitted to the Website 100%.

How do we protect your personal information?

We have a legal duty to make sure we hold your personal information (on paper and electronically) in a secure way, and to only make it available to those who have a right to see them. Examples of our security include:
